What is the design-build process?
Design-build puts design and construction under one team and one contract, with real-time budgeting so there are fewer surprises.
Design-build means the same team designs and builds your project. Instead of hiring an architect, finishing plans, and then bidding the work out, we design while estimating costs in real time — so you learn what things cost before the plans are final.
