Construction starts with site work and foundation, followed by framing, then mechanical systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), exterior finishes, and finally interior finishes like cabinets, counters, flooring, and paint. We close with a detailed walkthrough to make sure everything meets our standards and yours.
Throughout the build, we keep you informed so there are no surprises — just steady, visible progress toward move-in day.
