Changes happen on most projects, and we accommodate them whenever it's practical. The key is documenting each change with a written change order so you always know the impact on cost and timeline before we proceed.
Some changes are easy early in the build and much costlier once certain work is complete, so we'll advise you on timing. Our goal is no surprises — just clear, informed decisions.
